Chinese Navy ships conduct real combat training in Gulf of Aden.

The 34th Chinese naval escort taskforce composed of guided-missile destroyer Yinchuan (Hull 175), guided-missile frigate Yuncheng (Hull 571) and comprehensive supply ship Weishanhu (Hull 887) conducted an exercise in eastern waters of the Gulf of Aden from February 9 to February 12, 2020.

During the real combat training exercise, the guided-missile destroyer Yinchuan (Hull 175) fired its main gun at a mock sea target and fired its secondary gun at a mock sea target.

The guided-missile destroyer Yinchuan (Hull 175) and the guided-missile frigate Yuncheng (Hull 571) steamed in combat formation during the armed rescue training.

Rigid hull inflatable boat(RHIB)deployed by the guided-missile frigate Yuncheng (Hull 571) sailed at high speed during the armed rescue training.

The guided-missile frigate Yuncheng (Hull 571) deployed dinghies and a helicopter during the emergency rescue training.

The comprehensive supply ship Weishanhu (Hull 887) fired at a mock sea target.
