Indian Navy conducts Naval exercises with Morocco and Algeria.

According to information published by the Indian Navy on August 30, 2021, INS Tabar, as part of her overseas deployment, made a port call at Casablanca in Morocco and participated in a Maritime Partnership Exercise with Royal Moroccan Navy ship "Lieutenant Colonel Arrahman" off Casablanca port.  After that, INS Tabar took part in PASSEX with an Algerian Naval Ship ANS Ezzadjer.

INS Tabar (F44) is the third of the Talwar-class frigate of the Indian Navy. The frigate was commissioned on 19 April 2004 in Kaliningrad, Russia with Captain (later Vice Admiral) Biswajit Dasgupta. The current Commanding Officer (CO) of INS Tabar is Captain Mahesh Mangipudi.

Fully loaded, INS Tabar has a displacement of 4,035 tons. The main engines of INS Tabar are the Zorya/Mashproekt M7N-1E gas turbine plant comprising two DS-71 cruise turbines (each rated up to 9,000 hp) and two DT-59 boost turbines. These power-plants move INS Tabar to 30 knots (56 km/h; 35 mph). Her maximum range is 4,850 nautical miles (8,980 km; 5,580 mi) at 14 knots (26 km/h; 16 mph), while at 30 knots (56 km/h; 35 mph) the range lessens to 1,600 nautical miles (3,000 km; 1,800 mi)

Lieutenant Colonel Errahmani (F501) is a Descubierta-class corvette from the Royal Moroccan Navy built in Spain.

The Descubierta-class corvettes were a series of corvettes built for the Spanish Navy in the late 1970s and early 1980s. These ships were also sold to the Egyptian Navy and the Moroccan Navy. The ships were designed in cooperation with the German company Blohm & Voss, based on the João Coutinho-class corvettes which were designed in the late 1960s for the Portuguese Navy, by the Portuguese naval engineer Rogério de Oliveira.

ANS Ezzadjer is an Adhafer-class (C28A) from the Algerian Naval Forces. 

The Adhafer-class corvette is a type of stealth corvette belonging to the Algerian Navy. They are built in China by China State Shipbuilding Corporation CSSC in its Hudong-Zhonghua shipyard in Shanghai. The ship is 120 metres (393 ft 8 in) long and 14.4 metres (47 ft 3 in) wide and has a standard displacement of 2,880 tons. Three Adhafer-class ships were commissioned, with an option for three others of the same type. The first unit was launched on 15 August 2014 and commissioned in November 2015. The second and third were both commissioned in 2016.
