AgustaWestland North America, a Finmeccanica company, will showcase the light-single AW119Kx helicopter on the joint Finmeccanica North America booth (#1923) at the Navy League Sea-Air-Space Exposition, taking place from April 7 through 9 at the Gaylord National Harbor Convention Center.
The AW119Kx, proven commercially in utility and EMS markets, features an integrated Garmin G1000 glass cockpit and represents an opportunity for AgustaWestland North America to compete for potential military training programs.

“The AW119Kx, with its digital glass cockpit, allows for the next generation of military aviators to be trained on a helicopter with next generation technologies widely used by our commercial operators,” said Robert LaBelle, CEO of AgustaWestland North America. “By bringing these modern and mission-tested platforms to the military market, we’re able to provide capable and operationally successful helicopters to our government customers while reducing cost and risk.”

The superior performance and redundancy of critical systems make single-engine AW119Kx ideal for initial helicopter training, providing an exceptionally safe platform. The modern avionics of the AW119Kx maximize situational awareness and significantly reduce pilot workload.

The AW119Kx is assembled at the company’s manufacturing facility in Philadelphia and has been chosen or is in service conducting law enforcement, homeland security, parapublic, firefighting, EMS, and corporate transport missions around the world, including in the United States, Canada, Chile, Australia, Mexico, Finland, South Africa, New Zealand, Republic of Korea, and Brazil.
