According a news published one the "Rappler" website, Philippines will order two brand new Pohang-class corvette warships from South Korean shipbuilder Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI), while the South Korean government plans to donate two Pohang-class corvettes of its navy’s existing ones, said Secretary of National Defense of the Philippines, Delfin Lorenzana.

The Russian Navy will receive six submarines, including four nuclear-powered subs in 2020 for the first time over the past 28 years. In 1992, The Russian has received the same number of submarines. Since 2013, new submarines have been regularly arriving for the Russian Navy. In 2014, four submarines have joined the Russian Navy.

China on Wednesday, August 21, 2019, launched a world-leading unmanned warship, with its developer claiming the vessel is combat-ready. The unmanned surface vessel called 'JARI'. CSOC is the export arm of Chinese shipbuilding group China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC).
