According to the executive, the works on development of multifunctional radar system with active phased antenna array (Phoenics-E), maritime optical-radar tracking system with function of shooting management of universal medium-caliber artillery (Stilet), optoelectronic fire control system for small and medium-caliber artillery (Sarmat-2), maritime soft-kill system (Faset), optoelectronic system for helicopter homing and deck landing (Saga), infrared threats detection system (Selena-X), combat vessel electromagnetic compatibility system (Sovmestimost), automated combat control system (ACCS) are being carried out.

The Kvant specialists give a particular importance to the development of the ACCS system. “ACCS system may be said to be the brain of the vessel. The system is to provide the whole cycle of combat control: the situation estimation, threats detection, selection of the most effective destruction means, command transmission and assessment of the fire damage effectiveness,” Yu. Radchenko said.

Mr. Radchenko also informed that Kvant solves 99% of all tasks connected with the development of the ACCS system by itself.

“The specialists outsourcing is needed only for the system interfacing with armaments intended to be installed on the vessel. This is an objective reason as such scope challenges on foreign production systems integration have not been met before in Ukraine,” Yu. Radchenko emphasized.
