Desert Power Designs LLC/Highland Systems have developed the Kronos submarine, a unique vessel that has no analogues in the world. The submarine is designed to perform a wide range of tasks, including military purposes, rescue work, and underwater engineering.

The Kronos submarine is the world's first gliding submarine. It has a unique hydrodynamic hull, which allows it to maneuver underwater like an airplane in the sky.

This design also guarantees high-speed performance both submerged and on the water surface. The hull of the submarine is made of high-strength composite material, enabling it to operate in any climatic conditions, from equatorial waters to the Arctic.

The submarine runs on diesel fuel and has a 36-hour air supply, allowing it to travel at a maximum speed of 80 kmph on the water surface and 50 kmph underwater.

It can also travel at up to 30 kmph on the water surface. The Kronos submarine has an electric engine and a full battery charging time of 1.5 hours. It can be refueled with air in 1.5 hours.

The Kronos submarine is designed to operate at a working depth of up to 100 meters and can reach a maximum critical depth of 250 meters. It has folding wings for transportation purposes and a low signature for detection systems, with a high degree of radio interference. The submarine also has a silent power plant and utilizes advanced engineering solutions.
