IDEF 2021: Turkish company GEPA showcases G-FRB1-0 Military boat


The Turkish company GEPA showcases a military boat that is a Navy Attack and Fast Rescue Boat at IDEF, the International Defense Exhibition that will be held in Istanbul, Turkey from 17 to 20 August 2021.

GEPA was founded in 1982 as the first fiberglass Solas approved boat manufacturing company in Turkey, which is located in Tuzla. It is a part of Onursan Marine Safety, a group of companies that is also one of the oldest maritime companies in Turkey.

GEPA military boats are designed and manufactured in accordance with NAVY standards. The high-speed boats are equipped with advanced technology products and can be customized to comply with demanding needs for marine users.

There is four Type of this boats, the G-FRB2-0, G-FRB2-0-TCN/TL, the G-FRB1-0 and the G-FRB1-0-TCN/TL. The first two can carry up to nine persons, are a length of 6,46 m, a beam of 2,3 m, and a draught of 1,04 m.

The G-FRB1-0 can carry up to fifteen persons and the G-FRB1-0-TCN/TL can carry up to twelve persons. Both of them are a length of 6,80 m, a beam of 2,62 m, and a draught of 1,19 m.
