The Northrop Grumman MQ-4C Triton is an unmanned aerial vehicle designed for maritime surveillance operations. It is capable of conducting intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions over vast ocean and coastal regions, and can operate for over 24 hours at a time.

The Triton is based on the RQ-4 Global Hawk platform and is equipped with advanced sensors and communications equipment to provide real-time information to military commanders.

The Triton has a wingspan of over 130 feet and a length of 47 feet. It is powered by a Rolls-Royce AE 3007 turbofan engine and can reach speeds of up to 357 mph.

The Triton is equipped with a Multi-Function Active Sensor (MFAS) radar system, Electro-Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) sensors, Automatic Identification System (AIS) receivers, and other advanced technologies to detect and track surface vessels and other targets of interest.

The MQ-4C Triton has been used by the US Navy since 2018 and has been involved in numerous missions, including supporting counter-narcotics operations and conducting maritime patrols in the Asia-Pacific region.
