The HP3000 is a multi-purpose vessel featuring a monohull design with a single deck. It is designed with a deep V gliding hull that has a stern rise angle of 19.5°, which is a characteristic intended to enhance its water performance.

For its construction, the HP3000 utilizes high-strength composite materials, including aramid and carbon fiber reinforced vinyl ester resin. This material choice is aimed at providing a structure that is both robust and durable, suitable for a range of maritime conditions. The design of the vessel is made to meet the requirements for customs anti-smuggling ships.

In terms of dimensions and capacity, the HP3000 measures approximately 36.15 meters in length and 6.72 meters in width. It has a depth of about 3.30 meters and a draft of approximately 1.32 meters. The vessel is capable of accommodating a crew of 10 to 25 persons. It has a full-load displacement of around 120 tons and can reach speeds between 35 to 50 knots. The HP3000 has an endurance range of about 500 nautical miles and a fuel capacity of 20,000 liters.

The vessel is powered by four imported main engines, each offering a range of 1217 to 2638 horsepower, and is equipped with advanced surface propellers. Optional fittings include a marine diesel generator, air conditioning, a VHF marine transceiver, handheld VHF transceivers, a single-sideband receiver, and an automatic identification system. Additionally, the HP3000 is outfitted with a comprehensive navigation system that includes radar, satellite guidance, a depth sounder, a magnetic compass, and a rudder angle indicator.

The HP3000's design and construction, along with its technical features, make it suitable for various maritime operations, including surveillance, law enforcement, and search and rescue tasks.
