The exposition will display the R-760 integrated communications system for surface ships of the Navy. The system, developed by the Omsk Scientific-Research Institute of Instrument Engineering (ONIIP, part of Ruselectronics), is designed for open and encrypted radio communications between a naval surface ship and coastal command posts, other surface ships, submarines, aircraft and other external subjects. The communications system can be used on all types of vessels, up to largest warships. During the event, ONIIP will also showcase the Amethyst SDR HF/VHF naval radio station, the R-610-1 portable radio station for radio communication with the emergency rescue forces of the Russian Navy, and transceiver antennas for sea and river fleets.

The Neptun Research Institute will also present its new design at IMDS-2021: a radio transmitting device to be used as part of the Global Maritime Distress System (GMDSS). The equipment is designed for modern coastal radio communication points, built-in areas such as the Northern Sea Route.

PJSC Inteltech, part of Ruselectronics, will showcase its multifunctional integrated communications complex “MIX”, designed for digitalization of communications on sea vessels and containing a mobile subsystem providing base stations, mobile phones and health sensors for the crew. It is a modular solution providing wireless communication with seamless roaming for submarine and surface vessels of various sizes.

“The Ruselectronics enterprises are constantly improving communications for the Navy, working to reduce the weight and size of the equipment, while improving functionality, increasing transmission speed and quality, and noise immunity. At IMDS-2021, we are demonstrating samples of advanced telecommunications equipment that meets all the necessary requirements of a modern fleet”, announced Ruselectronics.

The Ruselectronics exposition at IMDS will also include lighting devices manufactured by the Tomsk Research Institute of Semiconductor Devices (NIIPP) and UAV countermeasures developed by the Research Institute Vector in St. Petersburg.

The R-610-1 provides operational HF radio communication in the interests of emergency services on land and at sea. It belongs to the class of portable rescue equipment and guarantees work in autonomous mode and in radio networks with selective calls.

The radio station has an increased service life and retains operation after a long stay underwater.

The design of the radio station provides for a high level of electromagnetic compatibility when used as part of mobile and stationary communication systems. The noise suppressor of the receiving path of the radio station has seven response levels.
