According to information published by the Chinese MoD on March 20, 2023, the PLA Navy's amphibious dock landing ship Jinggangshan, which was on duty to deliver the Chinese participating troops for the China-Cambodia joint exercise Golden Dragon-2023, together with two patrol crafts from the Royal Cambodian Navy, conducted a coordinated navigation and communication drill in the waters of Cambodia.

According to information published by the US MoD on March 20, 2023, the Nimitz-class nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt departed Bremerton, Washington after completing an 18-month docking planned incremental availability (DPIA) at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility. The ship is shifting its homeport back to San Diego, California, and will return to Naval Air Station North Island.

According to information published by the UK MoD on March 20, 2023, patrol ship HMS Tamar was incorporated within the Jeanne d’Arc task group – the French Navy’s premier deployment of 2023 – working alongside ships and personnel from Australia, Canada, Japan, India, and the USA for Exercise Laperouse, a multinational exercise in the Bay of Bengal.
