The patrol vessel is powered by twin high-speed diesel engines and equipped with quad fixed pitch propellers, enabling it to reach a maximum speed of 25 knots. The vessel is capable of achieving a range of 2,000 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 16 knots and has an operational endurance of 14 days, making it suitable for extended operations in coastal areas.

Compliant with naval classification standards, the Fearless 60 features a steel hull and a superstructure constructed from marine-grade aluminum alloy, aiming to provide durability and reliability in operational conditions up to Sea State 5. The vessel measures approximately 60 meters in length with a full-load displacement of 650 tonnes, designed to balance cargo capacity with navigational agility.

The vessel's main machinery includes four engines with a combined power output of 9,360 kW and a bow thruster for improved maneuverability. Its electrical system is supported by four generators, each producing 300 kWe, to fulfill both operational and living requirements on board.

Communication and safety are addressed with various systems, including internal communication, public address, sound-powered, and ship telephone systems, alongside an entertainment system for crew members.
