The K4 MANTA, developed by Kraken Security, is an uncrewed vessel capable of operating both on the surface and underwater. This platform is designed for rapid transit across large distances on the surface, followed by submersion for covert operations. It can be used for reconnaissance, surveillance, and electronic warfare, as well as for strike missions.

The vessel is constructed with a foiling carbon structure, allowing for a low visual, acoustic, radar, and thermal signature. It features a deployable sensor mast for intelligence collection. The K4 MANTA is capable of carrying payloads up to 5,000kg, and it can operate autonomously for up to 10 days.

Available in various sizes, including a 12ft version, the K4 MANTA is designed for ease of stowage, launch, and recovery from different types of vessels. Its autonomous operation system and modular design make it adaptable for various missions. The vessel can be equipped with different types of sensors and munitions, including UAV loitering sensors, seabed sensors, and sonobuoys.

The K4 MANTA is classified as a Lloyds Register Grey Boat in the Uncrewed Maritime category and can be deployed via ISO containers or transported in a C-130 aircraft, highlighting its versatility in deployment and operational use.
