The ship can also carry a new Paket-NK complex to launch anti-ship and antisubmarine torpedoes, as well as antimissiles.

On February 9, Rubin presented the second modification of the submerging Strazh patrol ship. It is a hybrid of a warship and submarine with missile and torpedo arms.

The bureau told the option has the maximum set of weapons — small-caliber automatic gun, two launchers for guided missiles, and four 324 mm torpedo launchers. The weapons make the Strazh a dangerous adversary for big surface warships.

The 3M22 Zircon also spelled as 3M22 Tsirkon (SS-N-33) is a scramjet-powered maneuvering anti-ship hypersonic cruise missile currently in production by Russia.

The missile's range is estimated to be 135 to 270 nautical miles (155 to 311 mi; 250 to 500 km) at a low level, and up to 400 nmi (460 mi; 740 km) in a semi-ballistic trajectory; the average range is around 400–450 km (250–280 mi; 220–240 nmi).
